At CITRAYA, every purchase is a promise—of quality, trust, and security. Please review our detailed Shipping & Payment policy to understand your rights, expectations, and our practices.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on product pages.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location, availability, and product category. Standard delivery ranges from 7-12 business days pan-India. Express delivery, if available, is offered for select products and locations at additional cost.

  • Customized and large furniture orders may require longer processing, with timelines communicated at checkout and by email.

  • International shipping is currently limited to select destinations; rates and timelines are shared on request.

Shipping Charges & Handling

  • Free shipping applies to all orders above ₹999 within India. Orders below this value incur a flat shipping charge of ₹200 per order, unless a special promotion is running.

  • Orders involving oversized items, fragile products, or deliveries to remote areas may attract special handling fees. These will be highlighted at checkout, prior to payment.

  • All shipments are insured against transit damage until the point of delivery to the recipient.

Packaging & Order Tracking

  • All orders are packed using multi-layer protection, tamper-proof packaging, and moisture-resistant wraps. Furniture and fragile products undergo rigorous pre-dispatch checks followed by custom boxing and cushioning for maximum safety.

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent via SMS/email. Real-time tracking is available via “My Account” or the order tracking portal.

Payment Methods & Security

  • CITRAYA accepts all major payment modes: debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), net banking, UPI, digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), and selected Buy Now Pay Later options.

  • EMI options and Pay Later plans are displayed at checkout where available, subject to partner eligibility.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products, up to a value of ₹50,000, depending on regional courier support. COD orders are verified telephonically before dispatch.

  • All payments are routed via secure PCI DSS-compliant gateways, using SSL encryption and multi-step authentication. No card or banking details are stored on CITRAYA servers.

  • In case of payment failure, retry after clearing browser cache, or contact our support team for troubleshooting.

Order Confirmation & Modifications

  • All successful payments generate an instant order confirmation on site and by email/SMS. If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder or contact support.

  • Orders once placed can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour via “My Account” → “Order History”. Beyond this, modifications may not be feasible due to processing constraints.

  • In case of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, CITRAYA reserves the right to verify and/or cancel your order.
